    Take one beef tomato.....

    Some cous cous and a bit of salad and tzatsaki and you get.....




    And yes, thats balsamic vinegar on the salad

    I actually did 2 but the one I did for my better half was topped with cheese and fell apart, was still eaten though.

    Red onion, finely sliced mushrooms, mixed dried herbs (i know, i know) a dash of peri peri sauce and some paprika!

    Was very tasty
