    Mussels/seafood suggestions

i'v recently moved into a student house, and discovered the joys of cooking.

got a local fishmongers (not that we're near to the coast) and apprently its mussel season, so i was wondering if anyone knew any decent recepies for 4 people?

also i'm looking for fish "that doesnt taste like fish" for one of my housemates, i dunno how that works but basically he likes cod but doesnt like tuna. any ideas?

    edit: my spelling sucks

Mussles are best steamed with a little wine - the classic way of cooling them.
I've seen a variation with a Thai Theme which is fantastic too.

I'll dig up some recepies for ya

( although I wouldn't use the cream in this one , its a personal preference. Dont forget to add loads of ground black pepper )

again I'd go easy on the coconut milk with this one.

dont forget loads of french brad to mop up the lovely juice. I want to see clean plates !!
