Recipes required.....
After just returning from a cruise where I ate more than a house full of food, I miss the food so if anyone can find out any of the recipes I would be more than grateful. The cruiseline was Princess Cruises and te cruise ship was Sea Princess.
The main recipe I want is the Souffle and the other deserts (my cousin said it was made from a particular famous chef - no idea who though.) Thanks in advance.

It is very helpful although only one of those dishes popped up in the menu on the cruise.
Also I noticed: "hoping you’ll raise a glass to toast the 2004 arrival of three new ships to our fleet: Diamond Princess, Caribbean Princess, and Sapphire Princess." does that mean it's not been updated since? As the ship that I was on only joined the company in 2005 after leaving P&O Cruises under the name of Andonia.

I went with Ocean Village to the Caribbean. 24hr food was a godsend for my (now-ex) bf who eats at funny times.
Food was always lovely, breakfast was my fave, fresh fruit, american yoghurts and continental style cheese and meats ![]() I'd definitely reccommend it!
