Cooking a chicken breast in the over

I used to put some cheese inside the breast wrap it up in foil and cook it, but i forgot what cheese i used.
Do u think any cheese would work, or do u have any suggestions. Ive given up stir frying chicken, it either doesnt cook enough or goes crispy

    Thanks

    Squeaky cheese!

Mozarella will also work very nicely, especially with a bit of garlic and some basil in there. Yum.

I use Tescos extra light garlic and herb cream cheese (philadelphia type stuff)- only about 44p for enough to stuff four breasts. I then wrap them in bacon rather than foil. Last time I splashed a bit of white wine in and covered the baking dish in foil so they got slightly steamed- very tender and the sauce left over in the tray was very tasty too.

    Achari Chicken

Very tasty, very nice tang to it and can then be used with any sauce to make a nice dish.

I prefer the sainsburys extra mature chedder in mine then to cook it i Wrap it in foil for the first 10 mins or so - enough for the cheese to melt - and then carefully replace the foil with bacon. That way you get perfectly cooked chicken with slightly crispy bacon. I used to wrap it in bacon from the start but the bacon nearly always went too crispy ;/
