Cooking a chicken breast in the over
I used to put some cheese inside the breast wrap it up in foil and cook it, but i forgot what cheese i used.
Do u think any cheese would work, or do u have any suggestions. Ive given up stir frying chicken, it either doesnt cook enough or goes crispy Thanks

I use Tescos extra light garlic and herb cream cheese (philadelphia type stuff)- only about 44p for enough to stuff four breasts. I then wrap them in bacon rather than foil. Last time I splashed a bit of white wine in and covered the baking dish in foil so they got slightly steamed- very tender and the sauce left over in the tray was very tasty too

I prefer the sainsburys extra mature chedder in mine
then to cook it i Wrap it in foil for the first 10 mins or so - enough for the cheese to melt - and then carefully replace the foil with bacon. That way you get perfectly cooked chicken with slightly crispy bacon. I used to wrap it in bacon from the start but the bacon nearly always went too crispy ;/
