Ready, Steady, Cook - BBC2
I think I may need to see a doctor. For around a year now i've made every effort to watch Ready, Steady, Cook on BBC2 at 4.30pm. I find it compulsive viewing.
I feel my day is not complete if I have to miss it due to work. The funny thing is (okay, the other funny thing is) that I cannot cook *anything*. I am hugely impressed at the works of art that the guest chefs like Anthony Worrall-Thompson et al, produce. It's such a shame to actually *eat* such beautiful concoctions. By the way, have you seen the size of Ansley Harriott's hands? Shovels, large shovels... Diagnosis please... |

My Sister in law was on Readysteady cook years ago when Fearn Briton was presenting it. She was cooking with Ansley and said he was a good laugh
 It was a early source of cooking inspiriation for me , with things that you can cook quickly when you get home from work that are more than just a stir fry !   |
