McGee on food and cooking
I just wanted to recommend this fine book to all those who read this forum. I was very kindly given a copy for xmas and have been dipping into it since then. It is an encyclopedia on food and covers history, culture and science of the subject. It is fantastically detailled and was written over the course of several decades.
On Amazonhere Can anyone recommend other food based books (recipe books or otherwise)? |
