Stoneground wholemeal flour
Morning all,
Does anyone know of a good shop in central London for high quality stoneground 100% wholemeal flour? I tried the Hovis granary one from my local supermarket the other day - not bad but I have a feeling that it is refined and then the grains and the wholemeal proportion is added afterwards. Also advice on sources of fresh yeast might be handy. Mant thanks |
