Where to get pro pans...?
Hi,
I was thinking the other day, why do consumers have such a huge selection of pans to buy from. i would like to buy pans that professionals use in industrial kitchens? where can i get them from. i have seen them on the box, with a metal handle thats long and quite steep. any ideas? thanks sunnyg |

I've got a set 'pro cook' pans I bought a couple of years ago, they're excellent. Not exactly what you're describing (they're alu (about 4mm thick, teflon coated - that hasn't deteriated at all) and a silicon coated handle - not solid steel), but the shop I bought them from was in a MacArthur Glenn Outlet Centre, and it (can't remember the name - but it's been in every Outlet I've been to) had the type you're talking about. If I'm honest though: the ones I bought have been the daddy: I knocked one off the ceiling rack, on to the stone floor, and it's still as sturdy as a rock. They cook like a charm too.
