Just a reminder to put something over your eyes when you start drilling, you can get some goggles for a couple of quid so there's no excuse

well guys i received the drill. it was in a bashed state and the drill had scartches on it and marks looking like it was second hand. the accessary kit that was meant to come with it also wasnt in the package reafirming to me that it was a refurb or second hand. however the website says it was brand new.

I have contacted the seller but they havent replied.

any idea on what i should do? i mean what if they just ignore me?

    Re: Which drill?

What was the condition of the outer packaging? Did it look OK or was it also bashed around?

I would call them up straight away. If you don't get any joy or they try to fob you off, tell them you haven't got the time to sort it out so you will just call your credit card company... (you did pay by credit card, didn't you?).

Too many reports or black marks registered at the credit card company will cause them problems....

I once ordered an extractor fan, which the supplier specially ordered from the manufacturer. I opened it up to discover an obviously used unit, splashed in paint. The supplier couldn't apologise enough and expedited my another (brand new unit) and collected the used one. It seems the the manufacturer had supplied them a returned unit....
