    Is it 1080p

Lokking at getting the Sony KDL-32V4000 tv set.
My main problem though is if it is 1080p (i don't want any comments about its not worth it please). Both these reviews say it is (CNET & GadgetGuy.au) but the sony website and Amazon and Comet say otherwise.
So what i want to know is if it is 1080p and if it isn'y can it still acept a 1080p picture but it just has to downscale it.

HD Ready normally means 720P Full HD means 1080P

    I would say its 720P but at 32" I think there is only 1 1080P 32" TV.

    It's not FullHD or 1080p

Should still be able to take a 1080p signal and then down scale it to fit, just like it will take a lower signal and upscale it.

    There's a good few now:

Although for 1080p to be worthwhile at 32" you'd have to sit about 4 feet away...

    Extra 40 quid.

Full HD. I have it and it really is a great tv. Full hd on a 32 inch tv is pointless. really.

Like others have said full HD on a 32 inch TV is pointless unless your sat right next to the TV, the one you linked will accept a 1080P signal and scale it down, in my opinion it's a good TV which is worth buying.

Thanks. I know that 1080p at 32" isn't really worth it but i was just confused. What ri eally want is at least one that accept it which this one does.
