| Reccomend a good SD/HDD camcorder I didn't know which section to post this in, so thought here should be good ![]() I'm looking for a cheap (ish) but decent camcorder to mess about with, and put stuff on youtube with. I don't want to spend more than £150 really. So far, I've narrowed it down to these, but this is with my limited knowledge and just looking around. JVC MG344H Panasonic SDR-S7 I prefer the panasonic because of the make, and that it's smaller and recieved slightly better reviews, but don't like the fact that it's SD only, and the HDD JVC hasn't exactly got bad reviews. This won't recieve enthusiast/heavy usage, but would be nice to get a fairly decent one to future proof. Any suggestions/ideas? | Re: Reccomend a good SD/HDD camcorder After looking around, the Panasonic looks alright. On a different note, I'm looking at tripod mounting it next to the PC, so would there be any reccomendations for this kind of usage? Any other suggestions? | Civilian | Re: Reccomend a good SD/HDD camcorder I got myself one of these for £90 this Christmas. The HD quality is fantastic, check out some examples on YouTube. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kodak-Zi6-De...0688937&sr=8-3 |

| Re: Reccomend a good SD/HDD camcorder Thanks Nick, but I ended up getting a HDC-SD1, haven't tried it out yet. Any recoomendations on where to get spare batteries or any extra-good SDHC cards?
