True, but it was only about a fortnight ago that you started (and less than a week since end of trial and you should still be playing that first month that you paid for) so you should be able to remember a few details to keep the doubter happy

Plus they might be able to suggest reasons why you got bored if you'd tried a particularly bad class/race/skills combination or something.

well i still got my copy of wow so i can jump into it any time i want. i only tried it because may of my work colleges have started playing it lol.

what i dont like is the control system. i find guild wars easier to control ie i can practicly just use my mouse to move and attack an opponent without touching the keyboard. if i can do that in wow then might give it another go soon

So tell us what server and what character name then. I'm so willing to want to believe you played it but i simply can't. The more you say why should i prove it will just reinforce my belief that you say stuff without having any experience of it. WoW being one of many situations.

I'm happy to admit i'm wrong and provide you a public apology if you prove to me your character name and server.

Sorry Josh, From your posts on AVFORUM, You are going to start playing?, really?, i thought you played it and hated it. Thats my point, you say you've played WoW and hated the control mechanism. Yet with posts today and yesterday from the exact comments you've given me it certainly appears to me you haven't.

diddnt you check my first post i made in that same thread, it was titled weeks ago!. i made a smilar post in the wow forum also. i have played the game on and off for around a week or two and dont like it so far. when i mean im going to start playing, i mean fully to try and find reasons why this game is soo good based on peoples opinions. note the word fully on my post before u start making up things. i will post my wow character details later on and you can go check the date my character was created(if it has that sort of feature) and you will see that i am blatenly not lying.

i can even take a pic of the actual game box etc just to prove you wrong

Woop dee doo. You managed to get a level 2 & 3 char and that proves you have played the game? Sorry Josh, that proves you have played the game for about 20 mins at the most, something that could have been done between your last two posts. It also shows that you have done absolutely no research into the game, because if you had, you wouldn't have chosen an RP server, and you would know the difference between the different servers.

As it stands Josh, you have no creditability.

go and find out when i actually created those characters before you go and run your mouth thinking that i just started playing this game NOW lol.check when i made my acount. my username for my wow account is jonneymendoza. go look it up yourself on my join date.

Also you fail to understand when i said that i only been playing this game on and off for around aweek! why do you think i posted in avforums stateting that im gunna play this game properly now? it doesn't take a whole month to realize that teh controls suck in this game IMO and still does after playing it just now for the past half an hour.

i might get use to it eventually but so far i don't like the controls and some of the basic combat animations that i have seen so far.

btw: i can always switch servers mate and it was only yesterday that i asked whats the diff between the servers and TAKE NOTE again that i made these chars weeks ago so i can easily make new chars for a diff server

yea thats true. but last night i played over an hour. it seems a good game but still dont like the controls and especialy the animation of teh basic combats. maybe later on the more advance combat moves will have better animations but like i said, nthe melee attack animations dont look too good atm.

i realize i aint played this game properly ie(5+hours of gametime) but my point of this stupid argument is to prove to these other people that i indeed do have the game and have played abit of it which many here diddnt believe me at first. that was my main argument.

The graphics on wow arent the most advanced but it is nearly 4 years old now and considering that its stood up surprisingly well.

Although the basic UI is a bit clunky there are loads of mods out there to completely change the UI.

Programs like bongos and titan panel can change the layout completely then there are plugins designed for specific classes that make things even better again. I am using somehting similar to this atm.

Everything is easy to click with the mouse or as is the preference of myself and most wow players is bound to keys to make things even quicker.

graphics are ok tbh. but anyways i found one major thing i realy hate about this game. it appears that you HAVE to pay extra to move your character into a different realm/server!

thats daylight robbery if you ask me. you see my hunter, say if i wanna play with you guys now, i cant with that char, i have to make a NEW char. now say if i wanna play with other people i know who has this game, make a new char again? why do blizard charge for this? is it like this on every MMO game out there?
