Helping Allen with the garrison daily last night and a 665 BoE epic dropped I have the 680 ring and I should have enough burnished leather to craft my first leatherworking epic this evening. Gear's starting to appear even with raids still unavailable. Now I just need a damn offhand to drop, I've had a warforged mainhand in my bags for 2 days now, but until I get an offhand I'm stuck with my heirloom staff.
How are people finding the new dungeons? Personally I'm liking the increase in difficulty, but in a pug they're very hit and miss - even with the 15% buff there's only so much stupid I can heal through. Back to farming dungeons with guildies for me!
I crafted some legs, and being a resto druid I wanted haste and mastery, but got crit+multistrike. Made a leather refurbishing kit and rerolled the stats... multistrike and versatility. Damn, even worse. Made another leather refurbishing kit... crit+versatility. Damn. Crafted yet another kit and returned to the starting point of crit+multistrike. Is it so much to ask to get at least 1 of the decent secondary stats! Haste and mastery are ahead of the others by a country mile, with the others fighting it out to be worst.
That's 30 burnished leather down the drain so far, almost a 3rd of my second crafted item
It would be nice if you could select which stats get rerolled. eg you can lock one stat and randomise everything else
One handy hint is that the cave containing carnivorous squirrels, hidden away in the podling village, is great for grinding bodyguard rep
If Wisdom is the coordination of "knowledge and experience" and its deliberate use to improve well being then how come "Ignorance is bliss"
What I can't understand, the update costs £35 as a digital download. I just bought a copy for my wife at Tesco for £28. So the physical media, packaging etc cost £7 less.
Still, if anyone hasn't upgraded yet, there are savings out there to be had. There were timecards in Tesco for less than the £10 a month that Blizz are now charging as well.
Physical copies of games are often cheaper than digital versions, I believe they think we'll pay extra for the convenience of having the game there and then (I must admit, I do like that).
Hit 100 on my Hunter yesterday, that's two now... Gonna take a break from levelling and gear these two up I think. Much prefer playing the Hunter, but I want to tank and I don't want to level up a Paladin right now, so the DK will have to do.
