Help! Sony Online Eq2
Hey, recently I cancelled my subscription with eq2, I cancelled it within the 30day free I got upon buying the game. However after cancelling my subscription etc, about 3weeks after the free month ended sony seem to have debited my account 3 times, the amounts are as follows.
27p, 27p, 41p. Yeah it's not much, but its very odd that they have done this considering I cancelled my subscription with that card from them! Yes a new card has been entered since but seems as if they wanted to charge my old one? I'm wondering if anyone has any advise on this matter, I've contacted them about it and I'm waiting for a reply. Has anyone else gone through this before? Thanks. |

nt sure about it but think of this:
a million people buy the same game and quit within the same time frame as you did, ok there so far. then they 'inadvertently' take a matter of pence out of your account. fine, its not the end of the world, you can live with it. BUT there are a million others having the same done to them...therefore sony just made about £1million but because each bit they took was so small no one cared. makes you think huh
Please, Don't ask for that one 'as a desktop'...its really not worth wasting your time asking, unless you're able to pay £££?

If you don't get a response/refund from Sony you should be able to ring your credit card compnay and get them to not make the payment, as they are taking money without your consent.
