It's not that hard tbh, I'm no expert but got from level 14 to 21 in 5 days! I'm sure you could do 10-20 in 7 days.

Umm, how about this:
Quest, fight and kill, quest, fight and kill then quest, fight and kill some more! Plus take a day off work or college, really helps!

I once 'worked' with someone who was signed off for three years with a bad back! Now that's some serious play time! (her back was that bad btw, once a year she endured a lengthy filght to Canada for a two week skiing break - apparently her chyropracter recommended it
 )

Over the past few nights I have levelled up quite quickly from about 16 to 22 which has opened up lots of new but expensive skills for me.
