    Bye Bye Cosmos

www.wow-europe.com (go to the Under Development page)

It looks like in an upcoming patch they will be adding a second bar, side bar and a quest minion, the only functions I use in Cosmos

I only use Cosmos for the extra buttons, so I won't be needing it soon either!

I use cosmos for loads more than that. You have the experience and time played info when hovering over the clock, map co-ordinates, damage per second meter and other little things like making the whole button red instead of the little number when you're spell or weapon is out of range of your target.

I'm sure there's other things I'd use Cosmos for too, but none I can think of right now. But it's about time Blizzard added a 2nd bar in, it's so helpful and much easier than scrolling through your bars!!

If cars had followed the same developmental path as computers, a Rolls Royce would cost £60, get a million miles per gallon and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.

If I want to remove Cosmos, do I just delete the interface folder?

I'm tempted to give it a try. I this the script that displays the name of things at a click. I seem to see alot of peeps doing that and have always wondered.

Do you mean displaying things in the channel? To do that you just open the chat box and shift click the item.

Ah, but I 'lost' Cosmos last night 'cause it wasn't up-to-date and when people did that I couldn't get any information about the object (hovering mouse over it brought up nothing). It was most annoying.

Run Cosmos.exe in your WoW parent folder, it should update it. If not, manually download the latest patch and install it over the old one. It got me my Cosmos info back that I was missing, like the "sells for" info, much needed!
