    The Swarm!

Well if the Leaked patch notes are at least a bit right, the PvP honor sistem will be out in the next pach...this got me thinking!!
In our server like 72% of the players are alliance, wich means we have a 2 to 1 going on...i bet wen this comes out we will be swarmed almost instantly.
I can see it now, a bunch of alliance going after Xrs and Oggrimar!!We need to start thinking on something to avoid this upcomming swarm of turds!I dont know if its possible but conversation and coordination with other guilds might be important!
A thing that just pops on my head is an early warning system!!
Around the barrens and durotar in strategical points we could assing some players to work as scouts for certain periods of time, or on strategical hours of the day...or simply put someone on ratchet watching around(im up for it, no probs at all)!!
Another thing is a garrison!!By garrison i mean that certain players would be assingned to a certain place...for example, 2 players (lets say around lvl 40) to Xrs...1 player (around lvl 30ish) in camp taurajo, and others in oggri and stuff...so wen we are under atack, everyone would know were do they have to gol, what place they should help defend...
Its just a thought, so if u guys think this is just stupid, say so

Arathor - Balgor lvl 47 Hunter

Ragnaros - Kostas lvl 8 Mage

    Arrrggg, shimber me timbers!!!

-Burn her, Burn her shes a witch!!
-How do you know shes a witch?
-Well she turned me into a NEWT!!
    -A newt??
    -...i got better...

If I'm in horde territory and spot a mob building (usually in Ratchet) then I'll holler regardless of where I am. Scouts are usefull but if you're guarding you're not questing so I guess it depends on how you prefer to play.

Nope the way you do this is just play as normal, when PVP honour comes in, i'd suggest we simply agree to group in 5's and go and take on the attackers as and when. When you have a team together go and see what you can do to pull people out and kill them.

The rewards of PVP honour are too high to ignore. I certainly hope the alliance comes at us more when it goes live, them attacking our towns SHOULD mean us killing them will be a stack load easier. They will be PVP enabled and we can pick and choose our kills.

You'll only be able to pick and choose your first one though, won't you? As soon as you make your first attack you'll be PvP enabled so you'll become as much a target as anyone else. With your high level rating and the subsequent honour bestowed on your attackers if they bring you down (assuming they're the same or lower in level rating), you may even become a bigger target.

How does it all work? Do you get xp for a pvp kill? same as you do with monsters? if this is the case the whole server is gonna go pvp (not a bad thing) but it will change the character of PvE.

so do you get xp that counts towards levelling up for a pvp kill on the server? or is it only the honour system that you get points towards which does not affect your xp in the normal game?

    cheers
    Reginald

Just honour points I think - XP is meaningless once you hit 60 anyway.

You dont get any XP for PVP - just honor (when they put the system in anyway)

LOL, no, TiG, I wouldn't be suprised at all.

But a party of five of you, all creeping around trying to look inconspicuous....now that would be a sight to behold. I have visions of you all, hands behind back, whistling as you edge around the carnage "Don't mind us Mr Alliance, Sir, just out for a walk....pretend we're not here"

Our other friend?.....God bless you Mr Alliance, Sir, no, he's not dead. A bit boney you say....He's on the Atkins. Anyway, must be off...." sotto voice "leg it lads, they might be on to us"
