I don't have any beef with anyone - just time for a change, the guild isn't offering what I was looking for.

As far as the what's wrong question goes.. well..

I've got nothing personal against the guild itself, only that I can see it has some problems that still haven't been addressed yet. I just feel that I'm not gaining anything worthwhile from it and its best for both bertie and I to move on.

    Guys,
I would just like to say I am sorry the guild hasn't worked out for you Please if you have any suggestions as to how the guild could be improved pm me and let me know.

I started the Hexus Horde for everyone to have as much fun as is possible and I apologise if that has not happened for you.

Please continue to enjoy WoW and say hi to people if you see them in game,

    Thank you for your time,
    Leon

Hello every one , even with some problems that the guild have i wont be leaving , because is to easy to leave the boat , i dont like to leave the boat even when it as some holes in it .

But the guild should improve in some aspects , like :

Grouping and raiding instances - there isnt a lot of organisation ( group up people of the same lvl range and quests )

Professions - we should optimize the profession that we have , doing the Hexus AH ( a day a week , we should get together in ogrimmar , trade information , hints or goods )

Education - thats a personal anoyance , normaly when i see someone of the guild , i salute them , but its rare to have a response , even when he/she is just beaside me ...

Recruting - the guild have a lot of chars , but they are mostly alts , we should scout some players that could bring some good to the guild.

    thats my two cents

I agree with ravenbloods points entirely - especially greeting!
No-one ever greets you if you were standing right next to them even!

Maybe there should be a HH visit to specsavers

Guys, the only time I don't say hello to people if I'm standing right next to them is if...say I'm organising my backpack and looking at my skill list and my quest log and thinking where I'm off to, and hence don't notice the little line of reddish text in the chat window...I have noticed a couple of times someone has said hello and that I haven't replied immediately, for that exact reason...I have then said hello when I have noticed.

IE, I think you're being a tad harsh...its not like we're all miserable gits who never say hello to people who say hello to us, its just maybe we're preoccupied with other things at that precise moment? So, if I've done it to anyone, please, please don't take offence....

I get completely distracted from guild chat by, for example, being beaten on by infernals, hence whole conversations pass me by...not wishing to be rude at all...so if I miss something directed at me, just whisper me and I'll most likely go, sorry, was just being killed by a {insert monstername here}.

Having a set meeting time on a set day to have a horde exchange sounds cool though! Would definately benefit my enchanting, as I can't post it!

    Well Hello!

    Understandable.
Personally if I have an elite levels above me on me I still did my best to reply if someone was talking to me in the guild (except towards the end..), but that's just me

I heard that the guild has improved a lot since we left - if so - congratulations and I hope it really has improved in the ways in which people have told me!
