http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/patch...atchnotes.html Basically Blizzard is giving a repeatable quest for all factions that is thankfully MUCH easier than the Morrograin quest. All players will be able to turn in looted cloth to faction cloth quartermasters for rep bonus increases. So turning in stacks of linen you looted will net you a small rep increase, while felcloth will net a larger one. Since a player can work on this his entire career, the journey to exaulted won't involve long stretches of grind. |

Is the reputation gain worth it? I'd raither have fellow members have spare cloth for tailoring/first aid increases, then any left goes to alts for their tailoring/first aid.
I'm nearly done with Mageweave, still receiving a bit but can only make a few items that are yellow now, most of the stuff I can make is made with Runecloth which is harder to come by.
If cars had followed the same developmental path as computers, a Rolls Royce would cost £60, get a million miles per gallon and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.

In about an hour I can gather 100 runecloth so it's not hard to get hold of, I just haven't been grinding in a while, been in battlegrounds and leveling my alt instead.

anyone actually used one yet?
I tried one in org for silk, it only gave me 250xp, but did increase my rep a bit (v.nearly at honored in org now), but I can't repeat silk? Do you have to give them all the types of cloth they ask for before it can be repeated?

Well I have used the one in IronForge, handed in 60 cloth, 60 mageweave you get 12 points in reputation (nothing considering its 6000 points alone to reach the honoured stage) and you get a dismal 200xp.
Will make bandages out the cloth and sell it to vendors, makes more money for me and my mount saving scheme. |
