They cant transfer my characters (and apparently weve been very naughty cos ive been plying on the same account as GP - but hey who reads the terms and conditions!!!)

So im gonna need lots of hugs online later (and also help)

Can't you buy another copy and start another char anyhow. In 2/3 months it would be lvl 60 for sure and think of the fun to be had

thats what they did, they just waited for the copy to turn up before phoning

Surely you have to be 18+ to have an account, if not it goes in your parents name....... Perhaps phoning back and saying you have a kid? who owns the RP ? and have now bought a copy for her?

Read the terms and see if theres a loophole

thats really unlucky, so you were playing on the same account at the same time? Would of thought that wasnt possible? If it is that makes trading items between alt's much easier!

You can't log into the same account at the same time from two machines. It is server controlled and nothing you could do would change that.
