Re: Who's still playing WoW then?
Blade's Edge is the latest, it's only about a month old and there will be hundreds of people still levelling, most of which at lower levels. Don't join an old server now, there's no point.
If cars had followed the same developmental path as computers, a Rolls Royce would cost £60, get a million miles per gallon and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.

Re: Who's still playing WoW then?
They will probably open up 1 or 2 of each server type with release, they did with TBC when people thought there was no need for new servers.

Re: Who's still playing WoW then?
Are you certain Allen, i'm pretty certain the new servers didn't hit at exactly the same time as TBC. I say that as my last char is still on one of the newest servers out there.
I can't see that they are going to launch new servers unless subscriber numbers go up, which on the current EU servers i doubt will happen, especially with the russian language servers recently opening up etc. TiG

I can't see them launching as many, but I bet they will open some, we'll see what they do open.

Re: Who's still playing WoW then?
Playing on PVP servers can get really annoying at times.
I got ganked so many times tonight by lvl 70 horde when I was fighting other stuff it got annoying. I played on PVP cos I want to be able to play PVP but You do wonder what the high lvl chars are doing when they attack someone who has no chance of beating them. Guess thats horde scum for ya

Re: Who's still playing WoW then?
Thats it decided then, leveling a hunter on Darksorrow.
Leveling my mage to 60 pretbc was tons of fun, and at the same time it took some time and effort. No one truly experiences the pre 70 WoW experience anymore. The only non level 70's you see now are alts, and they get boosted to 70 really quickly (or remain as twinks with better stats than some 70s). Give back pretbc tbh. |
