I have a level 60 Human Mage in full tier 2 (Netherwind)on a EU pve server

am i allowed to sell this char if i decide to ?
Or do i have to sell my time for playing the char.
also where is the best place to sell it ?

I dont want to break any Blizzard rules, any advice would be great

You can't sell it at all under blizzard rules. You can't sell the account as blizzard has ownership according to the TOS, and you can't sell your time since it prohibits you from exploiting the game for commercial game (which selling your time is). Additionally accounts are non-transferrable.

If you want to sell it anyway, I'd go with ebay.

To be honest.. afew of my friends "sold" thier accounts awhile back.

The best wayto do it is to find a buyer privately, maybe via a rl friend or a guild friend or something, then simply give them your info and have them send you the money (post or paypal etc). Its hardly secure but yeah...

Also gotta watch out for blizzards new policy of banning accounts which have multiple IPs logging onto them, had afew friends who shared accounts get this crap and then you gotta ring blizzard and call um assholes and prove you're the account owner.
