Dragon Tour 2006 - DFI profile

Like many, DFI's HQ is based on the outskirts of Taipei, and the intrepid HEXUS team took a cab out to meet the folks who, in the eyes of the enthusiast, have, with the LANParty line, transformed themselves into a producer of some of the most sought-after motherboards on the market.

The welcoming committee was out in full force. In the middle is Jarry Chang, R+D manager of the current LANParty line, and one of the pivotal reasons for the growth of DFI's enthusiast-class motherboards.

A dual-compressor single-head phase-change setup? That guy sure as hell knows his cooling! And I would've thought that the Vapochills would've been enough!

That team seems extremely talented, but it is also the reason why my mobo has problems all over the place. My fault for buying just before the AM2/Conroe rush I suppose.

That said, I will still take an extremely close look at the new DFI Intel effot and I can't wait to see what they do with AMD quad core.
