This reminds me of when greece tried to make a law to ban illegal electronic gambling. Our extremely "smart" legislators couldnt decide how to define electronic gambling, so they decided to make all electronic games illegal
. And that law still applies in Greece(in theory at least). Dont worry, you wont get arrested if you play world of warcraft or whatever electronic game in greece. The law isnt enforced and greek courts have found it to be unconstitutional. Thank god our judges are smart people. You can find more about the greek electronic game ban at wikipedia(search for "Greek electronic game ban"). Politicians = stupid and useless PS I am greek. |

Unfortunately it's not quite as simple as that
(working for a company that offers rakeback)Many of the major poker rooms are now not accepting new players , and closing those of existing players that are based in the US , so it is actually a case that they can't play at these sites. What bothers me most however, is how easy it is to get bills like this passed in the US (as far as I know, this was tacked on to a bill to ensure that the U.S. port security bill which was always going to be passed):S
