    i dont get 50Mb i get about 52Mb and i have seen it go to 58Mb i am not to botherd about the 100Mb down i am more interested in the 10Mb upload although i would like it higher

    I would be interested, but Virgin haven't increased their coverage in any meaningful way since they rebranded from ntl:Telewest. And have no plans to do so.

    I have also registered for interest for there 100Mbps line. thought it would be ages before the UK would start seeing this kind of speeds : )
    What are VM like with regards to using torrents? Do they throttle the connection?

    Virgin are due to start throttling torrents soon, there were a few articles about it not too long ago. To counteract that they were meant to be increasing upload speed for other things by 5x.

    Microsoft servers cannot cope with 50Mbps down so we won't benefit from 100Mbps
