The quality of the Inception Blu-ray has not got great reviews for picture. Seems Warner bros are messing about again and have failed. The sound is supposed to be good though!

    However Avatar is just amazing

That TV you recommend comes up at £650 (and out of stock) when you follow the link you provided. Or am I doing it wrong?

GheeTsar, price is going up and down, but you can find it at £499 at Amazon and still take part in the VAT-back deal: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003BVI49Y/

Ah! That makes sense. Thanks for that. I didn't realise you could claim the VAT back if you didn't buy off Sony directly. My Mum wants a new telly in time for Christmas - so I shall forward on your recommendation.

    Funny, I'd read the opposite:
    AVForums - Inception Blu-ray Review

That's a review of the region-free US version but the UK one will be the same transfer.
