    What utter nonsense. If they want to keep staff, then treat and/or pay them better. If you want to protect your IP, then file a flipping patent and/or do a better job with security.

    It's also interesting that they only filed after Google announced mobile wallet. Sounds like butthurt over Google muscling deeper into their efinance turf.

    If they want to hold onto customers, then all paypal has to do is stop screwing them over.
