    Well if it's based on PCIe it will hopefully be easy enough to support via ExpressCard.

    i dont understand why they have to attach it to the pci-e bus. it's a massive security problem. sata would be a much better bus to attach for this with usb 3 for not storage attachments

    I remain to be convinced by the advantages of CompactFlash over SD these days. SD cards have significantly increased in speed and remain a lot cheaper than equivalent CompactFlash cards to the extent that the relatively minor speed increase available by using CompactFlash becomes no longer worth it to the majority of users.
