It really isn't bad as long as your documents are short - I now use Google docs as my sole 'Office' suite for home. However when at work it can show a weakness in speed on large files, especially doing stuff like filtering on 10000row+ spreadsheets. The refresh time is painful and shows we're a long way off cloudy apps being suitable for everything..
