Well nature managed to whittle down a concious neural net super computer down into a 100W profile, so it should be simples, yes?
I love reading about stuff like this, it's so incredibly cool.
Just think how amazing this will be in about 30 years or so, I imagine a world where programming is seen as an ancient way to work with computers, now we just give it instructions.
I really hope quantum computing advances are made so that these techniques are feasible on systems that are smaller than a field!
