Such rubbish, I havent had mobile signal since 2pm yesterday and it shows no signs of coming back. Back up since 8am with 2g? well in Im in central london and showing nothing other then searching....
At least when I try and call my phone it now diverts to my answerphone instead of saying nmumber not recognised!!
And there was me thinking we lived in a technological age!
Its the same with giffgaff as they piggy back the O2 network. Got 2 texts in quick sucession about 15 mins ago that were sent to me yesterday afternoon.
At least we have a basic service again so can get standard type use out of the phone.
Does this count as breach of contract if I kick off enough?
Just wondering if I can weasel my way out of mine early
Worst case I guess they'll give me money off my bill?

I'm on O2 too, I had signal from 7:30-ish this morning.
Orange masts have gone down in my village for a day or two (or three) previously and my neighbour has had money knocked off her bill for the inconvenience, so it's not inconceivable

I don't know about you guys but I love my new O2 plan... 500 smoke signals and 250 Carrier Pigeons a month. With the added incentive of a free cup and string to chat to other O2 customers.
Currently studying: Electronic Engineering and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Southampton.
I'm on GiffGaff which use O2 as their backbone, and my service was uninterrupted...
