Not sure if I got too much "detailed insight" from that but I don't disagree with a much of it either. Valve is interested in Valve, MS is interested in MS yadda yadda. If nothing else I'm happy to see them push linux for gaming - perhaps one day it could transform into some traction for it (because pretty much nothing else seems to have worked for the past decade) and provide some good competition for MS on the desktop. I don't really agree that MS is pushing tablets as replacements - their strategy seems to be more about integration between devices (and i'm sure they'd like to monetise you for more than just one device) with 8 (phone/tablet/pc).

Microsoft is the poster child for dishonest business practices , and greed i will not buy windows 8 and i beg any pc user to do the same i cant stand console gaming fps suck on them.
