Re: News - Samsung begins mass-production of 1,500 wIOPS mobile flash

Samsung has announced new, high-speed, eMMC Pro Class 1500 NAND flash chips for the mobile segment, which will be available in 16, 32 and 64GB options, with the largest chip just 1.2mm thick.
Hmm, I wonder if these are small enough to be able to use more than one in a phone - I like the idea that the Galaxy S4 might come in a 128GB version. No real need, just like the idea (although my current S3 has 80GB of storage).
