"However my favourite source of gaming news, The Wall Street Journal, "

You might want to post the picture of yourself holding up the [SARCASM] sign here - otherwise someone might believe that you are being serious

If fuel and train tickets weren't so expensive I would have made an effort to go and watch a few jumpers.

It's not FREE for everyone who turns up and does bungee jumping!
Everyonbe who does bungee jumping gets entered into a draw. Then people are picked frommthe draw and a limited no. of games are given.

Re: News - Borderlands 2 - Bungee jump in London for a free copy!

Did you read the user comments on the WSJ review....oops!

"How the hell did you get to be able to write gme reviews when you dont know what youre talking about. A journalism course on groupon doesnt count."
"This is a bad article and you should feel bad. I feel bad for giving you a click."
"So you’re giving Borderlands 2 a fairly negative review by comparing it to Call of Duty? This game was DESIGNED to be the anti-Call of Duty. You, sir, have COMPLETELY missed the point of this game."
"This has to be the most laughably inaccurate article I’ve ever seen. All I can assume is that the author has never played Borderlands I or II, or is completely incompetent. Or both."
"alling Borderlands a subpar FPS is like calling Fallout a subpar FPS"
"This is honestly the worst review I have ever read. Do you even understand video games? The fact that you think any game should be more like Call of Duty completely discredits any opinion you have"
!I don’t think you could fail harder to grasp the point of a game unless you reviewed this game on the grounds that it was a racing sim."

    oooh burn.

I was like "oh thats a cool idea I'd do it", but then i googled bungee jump crane and now I think I'll skip it, although the experience costs £50 otherwise so for free it actually is cool. Also, I'm yet to see an official announcement on their website?

Let's hope this one has multiplayer that doesn't rely on GameSpy. That program - I tell ya....

"The Wall Street Journal, concludes that Borderlands 2 falls short of expectations, especially in online mode, and FPS fans should save their money until they see the upcoming COD: Black Ops 2."
Oh really? Wait for another linear CoD game instead of buying Borderlands 2?
