Apparently this isn't coming to the UK, but the screen will be used in other phones. Which might come just in time for my new contrart...
It's the HTC Butteryfly? Made me lol...a lot...
Old puter - still good enuff till I save some pennies!
Yes, yes yes - this is moving in the RIGHT direction. A proper resolution, a decent sized screen, and otherwise very acceptable specs. I really am keen to see other manufacturers pushing higher pixel density screens at sensible resolutions (here's looking at you, Apple, with your idiotic resolution choices), so great to see HTC getting out there early with what looks like a very smart product!
As nice as crisp displays are, I think it's an irrelevant numbers game passed ~300ppi, do people really hold their phones that close to their face?
I remember reading somewhere that theres a limit to the ppi that the human eye can distinguish, somewhere in the upper 300's. Anyone know about this?
Looks gorgeous, but battery drain must be huge!? I hope they used all that extra space to place an appropriately large battery inside.
Makes me feel sort of inadequate with my 3" Sony Xperia Mini Pro (320x480 pixels).![]()
Hmm and they have brought back the micro-sd slot. Good move after the One X bombing against the Samsung S3.

does it come with a magnifying glass, so you can really see the extra pixels?
I'd like a phone that could last 3 days of heavy useage. Too much to ask?

funny thing is, with my little USB battery pack, I've cycled with my phone constantly on a GPS app, following a route. I've done that for 24 hours+ before now.
Hey guys, why not just make a phone with a bigger battery, if I can squat 95kgs, I can sure as hell carry a phone that weighs more than a 100grams.

More like it HTC. Very tempted by the Note II but I much prefer LCD screens. Waiting for 4G to get sorted out though anyway.
