"use of a domain name to set-up VPN"

Fook, I do that every day! This must be a patent on more than using a domain name as the VPN endpoint in the config... surely?

EDIT: Seems it is a framework for establishing a VPN, maybe a sort of P2P auto negotiated VPN if I read it right - http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-P...ery=PN/8051181

I guess they'll just sue Samsung again for something in the US. They'll get the money back.

Re: News - The table has turned (126 degrees) as Apple is sued for £230 million

The amount lost this time was a little over a third of what the company stands to gain from the recent Samsung case and so, on average, Apple is still benefiting from its aggressive tactics, though, we wonder for how long.
That is where the author is getting the 126 degrees from. It's just meant as a little bit of fun I think.

Patent troll sues patent troll, from the sounds of it. They should both be taken out back and shot if that's the case.

Amusing nonetheless, I have no sympathy for Apple's business strategy being turned against them.
