    News - ZTE is making a 5.9-inch Windows Phone phablet

    It’s also supposed to sport a full HD screen, not currently supported by the WP8 OS.

    a WP8 phablet could be very nice portable productivity tool for road warriors
    Let's hope they have the brains to put a proper battery inside it.

    5.9" could just be that little too big. the 5.5" of the Note 2 is what I would consider as on the line of practical and too big. Love my Note 2, but the slight decrease in size offered by the forthcoming HTC Droid X / JellyBean might hit a real sweet spot

    My Note 1 is superb, but this size might just be where it's at. Count me in (though I think a little polish is in order with the ZTE device)

    Samsung pioneered the phablet with the original Galaxy Note
    This is a little disappointing by Hexus, Dell were the first with the Streak. It came out in 2010 where as the Note came out in 2011.

    Will certainly be keeping a eye on this 5.9" phone if it comes out.
