I'm going to agree with you on that - after all this is the (utterly contemptible imho) US patent/legal system we're talking about - so probably not that relevant to the vast majority of Hexus readers (who appear to be UKE based). However, it's still interesting if for no other reason than to be able to shake your head and sign at the utter stupidity and futility of it all.

As to the latest legal moves - sad, although I'm a little confused/concerned how you're able to extend the scope of a legal decision once made (even if that decision is under appeal).

Meanwhile, I'll go back to enjoying my S3 and Note 10.1 - the latter currently being used to try and find a reasonably priced iPhone 4S/5 deal (for my wife's Christmas).
