Given enough time, every corporation will go bankrupt, so your initial statement saying that they will go the way of Sega is not saying much. So will Microsoft, Google and Apple - *eventually*.
Sega disappeared from the console market in just 1 generation. The question is how likely is Nintendo going to go bankrupt in the *short-term*?
Well with £6.7billion cash, incredibly popular DS and 3DS handhelds (virtually every kid at my children's school has them and that ain't unusual) and a Wii U that has sold out in many places, the IP portfolio they have, their niche halo effect with younger kids and a very loyal fan base in general, I would say that it isn't happening very soon at all...
