the GTX670 and the HD7970, I've seen so many reviews that topped by the HD7970, and the GTX670 that nearly performs the same as GTX680

I just read the specs and the difference is the H100i has the 'Corsair Link' built in, with the normal H100 you have to buy a seperate part to make it a 'Corsair Link'. Also the H100i is 2 mm thicker than the H100, that's all the differences
You forgot to mention the beefed up SP120 fans that come with it, upgraded tubing, upgraded and sleeker looking pump(new light that you can change the colour of with corsair link, silent operation), all of that and it is nearly 6c cooler than its predecessor under OCed load. It is nearly the same temps you would achieve from a custom water-cooling setup. So your overview of the differences was missing quite a lot info there.
One more thing that wasn't mentioned was the magnetic mounting system it uses which makes it so easy to instal now.

This year I caved in and brought an Apple product, the iPad 3, and I kinda hate myself for this, but I love it.

Well I think a computer game might go under the section of a product, so it would be Battlefield 3 to me.
