Who buys this stuff? People who like lowest common denominator pop music yet somehow either don't get enough of it being played incessantly on the radio, music TV, adverts, TV shows, bars etc or people who somehow manage to miss it in all those places?

    Wut!
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

Gamers will be able to buy aesthetic customisation items such as “personalisation packs”, more slots for customised weapon loadouts
    Umm...

Re: News - Call of Duty leads UK entertainment sales in 2012

In related news today Wired reports that Activision will add in-game purchases to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 starting from today. Dan Amrich of Activision said of the micro items “This content contains either personal customizations or nice little luxuries that I’ve seen players request; none of them affect gameplay, but they are small, specific ways to enhance your online experience”.
    And so it begins ...

Although I'm not entirely convinced that "more slots for customised weapon loadouts" won't affect gameplay. How long before those uPay "opportunities" turn into intrusive advertising? Oh, and I thought Black Ops 1 was a better game anyway.

And I've come to the conclusion that I'm now officially an "oldie" since I bought none of the music titles named - not even as presents for others. Bah humbug, I'm off to listen to that latest Jimmy Hendrix album...

All very talented musicians. The thing I don't like is boy/girl bands regurgitating the same old rubbish. At least those girls write their own stuff. Probably...

She's certainly very "talented", but that "talent" is best "enjoyed" by employing the mute button.

It's all very well playing a few plaintive, haunting chords on a piano and singing like a wailing banshee over the top of it, but if the lyrics are cliche and said chords / vocal melodies are neither memorable or interesting in the first place, what's the point? That's the problem with a lot of modern pop music: it is often simplistic, regurgitated, cliche, unoriginal and in the case of stuff like the Black Eyed Peas, and their ilk, retarded.

Time for a Sigue Sigue Sputnik* revival? ROFLMAO

Although I'm going to shamefully admit to owning both a BEP and a SSS album - not sure which is the one I should be most ashamed of. Played the latter to my oldest kid the other day and she was of the opinion that they might actually be able to make a comeback.

Then again, I was laughing off my chair because of that "Bon Jovi is too old to rock at 51" - presumably these "experts" hadn't heard of Rolling Stones, The Who, Status Quo, AC/DC . And James Hetfield (Metallica) is only two years younger. Till Linderman is a sprightly 50. I could go on...

(* did it ever get settled whether they were supposed to be a genuine manufactured band or a huge p. take of the then-current pop industry? I vote for #2)
