    Gamma is pretty low - I thought I mentioned that(saturation-gamma mean the same to me, imho). You are right, the image is pretty flat and not at all straining when using in darkness.
    I love how it sips its charge, too.

    Surface Pro has packed a lot of tech into a small space hence the heat issues which may be present but that's dependent on the applications / how much graphical output your expecting, 1080p game with high frame rates?
