Excellent news, maybe they can make me a mouse that the rubber coating does not start to peel after only a year
I've only gont one thing from Razer - a Deathadder - but to be fair, it's great.
Bought a Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth keyboard a couple of weeks back from Scan, particularly liked the offer of a free copy of Watch Dogs.
Keyboard itself is actually pretty good, but I had zero luck trying to reclaim my free game code - submitted the details a couple of times and never got any emailed reply, and certainly no code. Not happy.
I would like to get my hand on that 17" razerblade - but that pricepoint!
I just hate their logo... it looks like some kind of worms :S It's always put me off buying their products. ( yeah I'm that fussy! )
Same as w1ntergr33n, I only have a single Razer product, a Copperhead, and it has performed quite well over the course of four years. However, I did have to RMA it right when I first got it since it had an odd squeaky wheel, but from there on had no issues at all. And the talks of most of their high-end mice range to have sensors replaced by PTEs just isn't good at all, Avago works just fine.
So it seems that this is the point from when the quality will drop and the price remains the same.
Logo is strong so they will just use it for pricing. Sad that the economy works that way ;/
They don't make the best quality or most durable products and I've had some right ****e from them in the past... but to be fair the Naga 2014 (photo top) is best MMO gaming mouse I've ever used.
