What we're all wondering is how fast can this track eye movements? Could it be used in addition to mouse and keyboard (heck, even a controller if you must) to aim very rapidly and accurately in games?

While clever there's already lots of software available for this application, including eye-tracking.

What might be interesting however is the notion that Samsung would donate this - including making the software open source - given that the existing solutions are hugely expensive, costing hundreds or thousands of pounds at a time.
