Fifty-Five quid???!!!!!!
I saw the ad and scoffed at Razer's product page... but had no idea it was that overpriced!!!
Crimony, I could make my own for less money and it'd not take up an additional USB on its own, either!
Lol a mouse pad that takes up a USB port????? No thank you please try something less ridiculous!
All this stuff is now getting a bit out of hand, this is stupid ! Some of it is good & has a place at our desktops, maybe I'm getting old :/
Way too expensive, it needs to be at least half the price before I would consider buying one. Even then I probably wouldnt be tempted
Ye lets make a mousepad thats physically linked to the PC and occupies a USB slot, ye I'll pass on that. No way in hell would I pay £55 for a mousepad anyway, but then I think all Razer gear is horrifically overpriced personally.
I was thinking the same thing, if the pad itself had a USB port which you then plug the mouse into. You would still have the problem of the mouse having a somewhat lengthy cable leading almost nowhere (except in the case of a wireless mouse) but I think it would be a more viable solution than just running 2 simultaneous cables.
If they plan to make one of their particularly large pads that fit the keyboard on too they could double up on USB slots to connect the keyboard too, would help avoid cable clutter. I would still have the same concern about where the cable for the mouse/keyboard goes though, there will be a lot of loose cable.
Another cable for the bunny to chew through. I'll give it a miss, even though I likey the disco groovy dance floor for rodentz.
I believe Razer is reaching the point where it should have a corder/wireless counterpart of the Logitech multi-device dongle, which would pretty much solve these issues of using up multiple USB ports for several peripherals.
EDIT: Hum... I have no idea why "Logitech" got an automated link to a store, please disregard that.

Leave it as is.... Zero sales for a rediculous item. Add an Apple logo and see how quickly the amazing next gen tech go's out of stock.

I feel they missed an opportunity to integrate a wireless phone charger. But, it's still a stupidly overpriced product.
I probably wouldn't mind it if it was a bit cheaper.
