An EU competition complaint is a lot less likely to happen than in days gone by, when Microsoft first got hit with the naught stick they had a 90% share of *all* internet connected devices (desktops mainly), since then that numbers fallen to %55 of *all* internet connected devices, sure you could argue they still hold a monopoly with regards to desktops but Microsoft could also argue that they don't have one when you take into account desktops, tablets, phones, and consoles.
