I use a Microsoft Ergonomic 4000. I really love the curve of the keyboard, the raised middle and wrist-rest. I probably started using ergonomics in the early 2000s - I can remember it took me at least a month to adjust my typing style but once I'd adjusted there was no going back. Have them at home and work.
What I would like is a 10-keyless mechanical version with decent keycaps that don't wear the stickers off so rapidly. There's the "truly ergonomic" keyboard, but looking at the reviews that seems to have gone too far and isn't reliable with poor customer service. I'm amazed that other companies haven't perused this avenue. The domed style is great for your left hand during FPS games.
Mouse, currently on a Roccat Kone XTD Optical - Had a Func MS-3 before but it completely failed just outside of warranty. Before that was a Microsoft Habu and before that was the IntelliMouse Explorer (before the 3, the one with bigger thumb buttons on the left).
