Looks like the 2 120/80 fans are designed to be exhausts, and the base has a small recessed vented section at the very bottom. So it sould drag in cold air from the bottom and spit it out the back/top. No need for dust covered on the 120/80's in that case.

I'm quite happy with this! I much prefer having a little external BD drive (only slightly larger than a CD jewel case). I keep hoping for a new smaller version of my Aerocool Cube.

Still, the case looks like it favours more exhaust than intake fan power (with there only being two intake fans on the bottom), and that negative case pressure drags in dust through all the other grilles, holes and cracks.
