People who remember the Tahiti XT2?Polaris 10 XT2: who wouldn't put money on this being a dual-Polaris GPU equipped graphics card?
Would it be correct to say NDA's prevent reviewers from saying they've signed an NDA?
I'm just wondering if there's going to be any leaks to give us a clue on reviews coming out before or after the end of the year.
That would depend entirely on the NDA. I'm sure such a clause could be stipulated, but I don't know how common it is.
One thing NDAs can't stop someone doing is reporting on rumours or other leaks. A couple of times recently Hexus have reported on some leaked slides and finished the article with a line like "According to the leak the NDA lifts on .... so we shouldn't have to wait long to see if it's accurate." Of course, since Hexus are usually under the same NDA, they know if it's accurate or not, so a bit of careful reading between the lines can tell you a lot...
It does make me wonder whether Polaris 10 XT2 will be what Polaris 10 was meant to be at launch and to be what Nvidia expect as well(going from what Tarinder mentioned at the time)??
There are rumours of a GP104 based GTX1060,which fits into the earlier rumours and even the fact the GTX1060 reference PCB seemed a tad overspecced in certain areas.
Hex file editors? On a Mac I thought it was just plain text plist files? and they are easy to open, read and amend....
