Logitech for my mouse. Replaced without any issue.
    Crucial for my SSD.
Gigabyte UK forum for any issues with my motherboard
I was going to say Zen internet but their tech support couldn't handle one of my issues and once you get beyond their "I am a technical support person demeanour" you then realised they are not cracked up to be. However, their faults team was sympathetic and very professional.

Another vote for First Direct from me.
Amazon's customer service has always been fantastic too.

The company that stands out for me in the past few years has been Amazon. I bought one of those hideous 'gaming' chairs due to it meeting my requirements for posture support. Flash forward 2/3 months and I've received an email stating that they've been informed of an issue with the chair as it has a 'potential risk of fall' and therefore they've issued a full refund. I'm still using that chair to this day 2 years after purchasing with no obligation to send it back.

I guess I should also thank the fat person for falling off his/her gaming chair and making it supposedly unsafe!

Amazon, Apple, Scan.co.uk, just brilliant service. I liked currys/PCworld when they had older staff working there, not anymore the younger staff want your cash and try BS'ing their way to quick sale.

Amazon UK, US and Canada. Ebuyer and Scan were good when I used them in the past.

Amazon for me, by the time I get home from the collect+ store to return goods (literally 500m away) my account has been credited. I cant see how that can be bested.
Also their prices are very good.

Re: QOTW: Which tech companies offer the best customer service?

Well, citing First Direct kindacmudfies the waters for me, as I wouldn't call it a tech company but rather, a financial services company that sells via online. That lets in Amazon, about whom I agree with the previous posts, but also maybe lets in john Lewis, as a retailer selling a lot via online. Certainly, if we include Scan, EBuyer, etc.

In which case, I nominate John Lewis Group, which includes Waitrose, and my experience of both has been historically first rate CS, though I'm sniffing a scaling back on it recently.

As for proper tech companies, I'm struggling to think of any experiences at all with most of them, in CS terms.

Re: QOTW: Which tech companies offer the best customer service?

I agree with John Lewis, although it's stretching it to a department store with tech. items, then, in the same line of goods in some cases, Richer Sounds - especially the extended warranty price and terms.
Scan is good and also, unusually in any company, the sales team seems very clued up on technical matters.

Amazon. Been great on the few times I've needed to contact them about a purchase. CCL on the other hand, they were awful.
